When the ingredients are this fresh and flavourful it’s hard to go wrong 👌🏽 I made this dish with the help of some amazing clients during a Private Cooking Class on the Gold Coast a few months ago. I taught them how to make the pasta from scratch, my secret to the perfect bisque, and a delicious tiramisu for dessert.

Private Cooking Classes are just $220 pp for 2 and $100 for each extra guest. This is a super fun way to kick off a dinner party as you and your guests will be left with your delicious three course meal to enjoy at the end!

◎ Grant Parry - Chef de Cuisine, Cucina Vivo, Broadbeach
Grant Parry has collaborated with some of the world’s top chefs, including Gordon Ramsay, Peter Gilmore, Colin Fassnidge, and Jock Zonfrillo. He previously oversaw the restaurants at the Royal Pines resort on the Gold Coast and recently joined The Star Gold Coast as Chef de Cuisine of Cucina Vivo. Grant also dedicates time to nurturing future talent as a Chef Mentor at Beenleigh State High School’s leading hospitality program.

◎ Roberto D'anna - Head Chef, The French Table, Cleveland
Roberto D'anna brings 20 years of industry experience to the competition. Since 2014, he has been making a mark in Brisbane, working as Head Chef at Tartufo Restaurant under the mentorship of Tony Percuoco. Roberto is the Queensland Coordinator for Federazione Italiana Cuochi and currently leads the kitchen at The French Table, a charming French restaurant in Cleveland.

◎ Kieren Hanak - Head Chef, Noosa Yacht & Rowing Club, Noosaville
Kieren Hanak, at just 29 years old, has already amassed 16 years of culinary experience. He has honed his skills under renowned chefs like Sam Tapscott, Aaron Rutton, Jeremy Holmes, and Cameron Matthews. Kieren’s goal in this competition is to meet other talented chefs and hopefully take home a prize for his team at the yacht club.

🧑🏽‍🍳 I am Chef Amber, owner and head chef at OURS. I have a beautiful wife, Arly, who helps me run this little biz. And together we have two crazy kids - Bambina is 3 years old and Bambino is 1. We have recently moved to the Gold Coast 🏝️ and I have hit the ground running with new clients down here! I also have a great team working up in Brisbane servicing our clients up there.

I have over 17years experience as a chef working at fine dining restaurants around Australia, but my passion for cooking goes beyond just food - I love creating connections over delicious meals 🍝 That’s why I started OURS, to bring the flavours of my Italian heritage and family warmth straight to your dining table.
