Carciofi alla Romana
Fresh spring artichokes braised in olive oil, garlic, white wine, parsley, and mint .

Limone Arancini
Crunchy lemon asparagus arancini with ricotta dipping sauce.

Tagliatelle al Limone con Piselli e Menta
Homemade tagliatelle tossed in a delicate lemon cream sauce with sweet spring peas and fresh mint. Finished with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano.
** Option to add prosciutto wrapped chicken breast **

Crostoli Fragole e Mascarpone
Whipped mascarpone cream layed with strawberries and crusty crostini, dusted with icing sugar.

👋Ciao bella!
It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself, and with some new faces around here, I thought it was time to say a proper hello.

🩵 I’m Chef Amber, owner and head chef at OURS — our little family-run in-home dining and meal prep biz. My wife Arly (aka the boss) and I run this together, alongside raising our two wild and wonderful little ones: Bambina (4) and Bambino (2).

🏝️We moved from Brisbane to the Gold Coast a year ago, and we’re absolutely loving the coastal lifestyle and the incredible community we’ve found down here. My calendar is full with beautiful new clients, and my Brisbane team is still going strong.

🧑🏽‍🍳 I’ve been a qualified chef for over 18 years, working in fine dining kitchens across Australia. Food has always been my craft — but connection is my passion. I created OURS to help busy families by bring the warmth of my Italian heritage to your table, blending soul-soothing flavours with the comfort of family-style hospitality.

🫶 As a busy mum myself, I get how hectic life can be. That’s why I’m here — to take the pressure off dinner and give you back that time to breathe, connect, and enjoy your evenings at home.

🍴 I am taking bookings for dinner parties and cooking classes for January so if you have an event coming up in the new year DM me now!!
