You spoke, we listened. The cost of living is hitting us all hard, but that doesn’t mean beautiful experiences can’t be accessible. We’ve combined our In Home Meal Prep package and Personal Chef Dining Experience to bring Dinner Prep by Chef Amber!

Dinner Prep by Chef Amber offers the ease of hosting without the rush of cooking or the expense of a full private chef dining experience.

I will work with you to create a bespoke menu built around your event and requirements, I will provide you with a tailored shopping list so you get to control the cost, and I will come into your home and prepare everything ready for you to serve at your event. You can even pass it all off as your own cooking!!

Optional service add-ons are available.

This package is perfect for dinner parties, romantic nights at home, or even Christmas functions!

Packages start from $80 per hour.

One of the reasons I started Our Famiglia Home Dining was to support families navigating allergies, intolerances, and special dietary requirements.

It can feel overwhelming when you’re juggling different meals for different family members, while still wanting everyone to have a variety of healthy choices!

This isn’t just my profession, it’s my passion. I’ve spent over 18 years cooking for guests with complex dietaries in both top restaurants, my own business, and at home! I have both personal and professional experience with:
👩‍🍳 Severe anaphylactic allergies
👩‍🍳 Dietary intolerances
👩‍🍳 Medical diets
👩‍🍳 And, of course, my wife, who has been vegan for over 15 years!

I know firsthand that ready-made meals and meal boxes rarely cater to specific needs. That’s where my service steps in!
