Yesterday was my first wedding back since becoming a mum of two. 🩷💒🙏🌸

As I stood soaking up the post-ceremony love filled high and watching the incredible newlyweds be showered in love, I found myself thinking about the two little faces waiting for me at home.

Thinking that one day, Leo and Bonnie will ask me what I do for work. And I’m so excited and honoured to tell them...

“I get to stand beside people as they promise forever.”

“I get to be a part of creating the very best part of our human experience, love.”

I’ll never stop being grateful that this is my job.

Yesterday reminded me that while becoming a mum has changed me in every possible way, it hasn’t changed how deeply I love standing in front of two people and telling their unique story. If anything it has made me appreciate it even more. ✨✨✨

I’ve been a little MIA over here, soaking up life with our 18 month old ❤️ But I’m still here, hitching loved up couples, loving what I do and so grateful for the amazing couples who find me despite my lack of social activity 🙈

To my incredible 2025 couples, thank you for trusting me with your love stories. It’s been such a joy standing beside you on life’s best days.

And to my 2026 couples, I am so excited for your special day and can’t wait to celebrate you! ✨

I’ll likely stay quiet on socials as we’re so excited to welcome our second baby in May/June ~ but behind the scenes I’m feeling so grateful, so inspired, and so lucky to do what I do! 🙏

“Where do I begin! I am so glad that we found Naomi to be our celebrant at our wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran so smoothly for us - from writing our ceremony script months in advance, to arranging our vow cards, to controlling the music on the day, and much much more. “First of all: Thank you Naomi for making our day so special. Your care, energy, speech, and guidance on the day and even before that, was beyond anything we could have imagined and we are so grateful that you are part of our wedding memories!

To the few weddings I have been in my life time, I have never seen a celebrant being more involved and present as Naomi was for us. It felt like a (professional haha) sister who showed up on the day, created the most incredible speech on earth, that made everyone laugh, cry, be in awe, follow our story and then marry us.

She welcomed all our guests so beautifully and visited me before everything started. She checked in on me and sadly I had a tiny stain on my dress. My bridesmaids were scrambling a little but not Naomi. She was focusing on me, coming up with solutions and kept me so so so so calm. It’s one of my favourite memories if I’m honest. I’ll never forget how much you had my back in that moment!

Our meeting prior to the wedding with Naomi was a beautiful catch up. She listened to exactly who we are and what we have in mind. She was so thoughtful and provided guidance where needed. We felt super prepared for our day and I had full trust and confidence in her at all times. It felt nice to not have to worry about a thing when it came to all the paperwork and wordings.

Not to mention that the questionnaire she created and we filled out was such a cute activity for us as a couple to do, leading up for the wedding.

I can confidently say, we only have fond memories of the whole process and we had the best time working with Naomi. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
