Working today on some new ideas for 2026 Catering & Classes.

I'll be with my favourite people .neighbourhood cooking up Christmas Enchiladas & of course Tres Leches. .neighbourhood are preparing a delicious menu of Aguas Frescas & will have a micro store within the party - for enjoyable gift shopping.
Pop into & cruise around the thriving border town neighbourhood.

Excited to see the new shop too!

This time next week: we will be preparing to welcome our Birria Stuffed students to - I'm chuffed to have been invited by Mark & the team. The savvy crew of professionals there came up with a great plan to run a delicious menu special as a collab with their chef Patrick & then host a stellar day of cooking & eating on Friday the 20th. There are still tickets to the Masterclass ... So don't miss out.

It will be a while after this before the next southern class, Due to our upcoming activities on the sunny coast ... So if you've always wanted to do one, make sure you jump on it.

Hands up 🙌 if you've done a class & flame roasting your Chiles for Guacamole is now on repeat in your kitchen?

We had a blast in our 36hrs back on the Sunny Gold Coast. Had our first class as a nomadic cooking school at the awesome new .to.the.sky

We can't wait to be back! Cooking Socials In a Cafe/Gallery/community space? YES PLEASE
