Wytaliba has a special place in all of our hearts ♥️ For us it was beautiful land to connect, dance and party. For many, it was their home. Last Friday fires ripped through with much destruction and devastation to the community. Up to 80% of people have lost their homes and belongings. So what can we do to help?

Here is a Go Fund Me for the Wytaliba Community Bushfire. There is also physical donation drop offs in Brisbane and NNSW for food etc (no more clothes & linens, thanks). Google form in comments for physical donations. Let’s send some help anyway we can 🙏

Wytaliba has a special place in all of our hearts ♥️ For us it was beautiful land to connect, dance and party. For many, it was their home. Last Friday fires ripped through with much destruction and devastation to the community. Up to 80% of people have lost their homes and belongings. A massive THANKYOU for your support in donating food, clothes and linen to help! The community is now inundated with clothing etc and appreciates all the support! If you are still keen to donate physical goods there are still drop offs happening in NNSW and Brisbane, though necessary items will be focusing on the rebuild, along with furniture and white goods. Remember there are also Crowdfunds happening too!

Here a form to fill in for donations of physical goods. Please fill it out so we can organize the logistics of what’s needed/wanted etc. Thanks 🙏

Q: Volly apps seem closed, and i'm broke - can i volunteer please? (hope you said please, cos you're nice n stuff)

A: We're pretty solid - but direct all enquiries via our event boss, lulubelle pixie. i'm just the ranty one, and have finally learned to delegate.

IF you're personally known to me as super hardworking event crew and a definite non-flaking rad person, we'll probably help you out cos you're used to being paid bu**er all and still smashing it. First time vollies, probably left it too late, and we won't be able to be sure you won't flake on us, you sneaky cheapskate you.

Q: Bru! Ol'mate! Bro, um, i'm super poor, but i really wanna come... any chance of a free ticket?

A: :( This is the most unfair question ever and made me wig out bad last night... you know i love you, and maybe you're a good friend, but if you care about me, you know you had a whole year to save up. And i know you went to a party last weekend, and i know you have a ticket for 4 of my mate's parties... and i know you know i sat here pi***ng my pants for 6 months hoping you'd take up my offer of super cheap tickets for this - and i offered layby, trade, anything just to make sure i could lock in a heap of mates that are also meant to be your mates - i dunno what else i can say here, except i'm super sorry and i still love you.

Q: I'm a hanger on who knows people at the ranch, i come to all the parties there, and i've never paid - i don't need a ticket, right? I'm family.

A: I've promised my community camping fees for years, and barely paid them any. They got upset about it, but i've pointed out that my losses wouldn't have happened if there weren't 100 people running around year after year without a wristband. See how you go this time, thanks for being fair to me all those years. If you're co-incidentally "just visting ol'mate" on this weekend, cool. see how that works out for you, and thanks for all the support from the bottom of my heart, and for being family. Love you heaps
