I’m looking to partner with a small number of local events over the coming weeks to help showcase my party hire business with some fun lawn games at selected celebrations.

I’m currently looking for:

🎈 1 x Birthday Party
💍 1 x Engagement or Wedding
🏢 1 x Corporate Event

In return for having my lawn games at your event, I’d simply ask for a few photos/videos from the day, a short review, and a social media tag.

This would suit events where guests are ready to have fun, mingle, and enjoy something different 🎉

Do you require a deposit?
Yes - to secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit (+bond).

Do you require a bond?
Yes - a refundable 25% bond applies to all hires (even promos). No bond, no booking.

When do I pay?
Deposit and bond secures your date. Remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

How do I pay?
We will email you an invoice upon receipt of your booking form, which will include our bank details for direct deposit.

Do you offer payment plans?
We don't offer a formal payment plan option, however you are welcome to make installments on your hire as long as the deposit and bond are made, and the total hire amount is paid in full 7 days prior to your event.

How much space do I need?
Lawn games need room to shine ✨ but space can also depend on skill levels and number of guests.
We’ll help you plan your layout if needed, or if booking delivery, we can ensure your games have adequate space at time of set up!

Can games be set up on any surface?
Grass is ideal! Flat concrete or indoor spaces can work too—just let us know. Different surfaces can cause more/less damage and wear+tear on our equipment, so we can guide you if you're not sure!
Games like our Rainbow Jenga or Black & White 4-in-a-Row are great options for table-tops as an alternative to ground-based!

Do I need to set anything up?
If you’ve booked delivery/setup—nope! If it’s pickup, we’ll show you how. It’s all super straightforward.

Do you deliver and set up the games?
Yes, we can (subject to availability). We can offer delivery to local areas within Gladstone, Boyne Island, Tannum Sands and Calliope. All bookings with delivery incur an additional flat fee of $25.

Can I pick up the games?
Absolutely, yes! We’ll confirm at time of booking to make sure it fits in your car if needed (no Tetris stress). Our largest item is Giant Chess which would definitely require a ute/trailer!

What areas do you service?
Gladstone + surrounding areas. Additional fees for delivery may apply depending on distance outside of our service area.

When do you deliver and collect?
We’ll organise timing with you before your event. We aim to be flexible but run on a schedule. All hire bookings are for a maximum 24 hour period. Need it for longer? Let us know so we can try to accommodate (subject to availability and additional charges).
