Hi everyone 🤍

After nearly 7 incredible years, Moonbar Moments has created so many beautiful memories. We’ve shared in countless celebrations, met amazing people, and built friendships we’ll always be grateful for.

Two years ago, Mel was diagnosed with a condition that means she can no longer do heavy lifting or spend long hours on her feet — and as many of you know, wedding days can often run from 6am through to midnight.

This hasn’t been an easy decision, but with her health not improving, we need to reduce our workload moving forward.

✨ What this means:
We are not closing — just scaling back.
We will continue to offer:
• Styling
• Ceremonies
• Picnics
• Bar service
• Planning

"However, we will no longer be offering furniture hire and will be reducing our workload and availability."

We will also be selling some of our furniture items, so if you’re interested, please reach out to see what’s available.

💍 To our booked couples — please don’t worry, this does not affect you at all.

Mel has always poured her heart into every event and truly hates disappointing anyone. If we’re unable to take on your booking, please know it’s not a decision made lightly, and we sincerely apologise.

2024: A Summary of a Year Overflowing with Experiences! We wish you all the best for 2025 and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

This past year has been incredibly busy, filled with weddings, celebrations, gatherings, milestone birthdays, and so much more. Whether we were styling events, planning them, providing a bar service, or organizing a styled picnic, we feel truly honored to be part of these remarkable occasions and grateful for the opportunities presented to us.

Running a business can be daunting, challenging, and extremely stressful at times. However, nothing compares to the joy we feel when we see our clients' smiles, witness their stress lift, and contribute to some of the most significant memories in their lives.

Moonbar Moments has been a journey we cherish deeply. Each year, we grow busier, and we are thrilled to share our experiences with so many wonderful people.

Our staff dedicates countless hours and pours their hearts into everything they do. Our business wouldn't be where it is today without these incredible individuals. They deserve recognition for their hard work, from early mornings to late nights, and for making even the most unusual spaces beautiful. We cannot thank our team enough.
