Cooked medium rare, served with creamy potato mash and green beans, topped with rich gravy

Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken
Marinated chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto, served with warm potato salad and green beans, finished with a creamy garlic sauce

Desserts:

Homemade Sticky Date Pudding
Sweet date pudding coated in creamy caramel sauce, served with cookie soil, honeycomb, fresh berries, thickened cream and vanilla ice-cream

Crispy meringue served with cream and a tangy berry compote
