Another jam packed month!
April was full of catering for the masses! With lots of large catering gigs with 100 plus guests. (Sorry images and footage aren’t A grade as it was difficult to get decent shots with being run off my feet)
Huge shout out to my family pitching in when I couldn’t handle the production on my own. 🙌
So grateful to have them support my business to deliver the goods! 🥰😍

I’ve catered for some of largest numbers this business has ever seen this month 🙌 thanks for my amazing customers who’ve trusted me to deliver the goods.

My oven certainly working on over drive; with the door even falling off 😲 last week!

Over a 1000 pastries running through the oven and enough roast vegetables and eggs to feed a small village lol 😜

On top of all the catering I’ve been teaching 2days a week with cooking classes “healthy cooking on a budget” and “tastes around the world” creating tasty dishes with my participants. And we squeezed in 2 cupcake workshops before the Easter break😋

April was a busy one! Bring on May madness! 😝

March madness! What a jam packed month, from delivering weekly staff training lunches, weekend grazing boxes, weekly family meals, weekly cooking classes travelling the globe, running weekend events, to delivering donuts for a wedding! 😍😍😍

Gosh how I love creating these.
Each table is never the same, like a piece of art.

My latest edition to my crockery is this stunning glass pink stand. (How gorgeous is she?!? In the first 3 pics 😍)

I stick with themes for my tables:
Sometimes using wooden boards and
Glass stands, marble and slate and even silverware. Adding in pops of colour with bright funky dishes or white depending on the event.

I'm back from a 2week Break with my family. What a awesome trip it was ❤❤❤
My goodness this has taken days to finally load. Trying to do a recap of the year that was. 1billionth attempts later and it’s still not sharing to my business page 🤦🏽‍♀️ writing up different posts on both platforms with nothing working 😩.

I wanted to say a huge thank you; to YOU my clientele that have supported me over the past year. And let’s not forget my extra staff working the big events with me; you all shone in your roles. Thank you for being amazing. And of course my family and friends that have worked behind the scenes when my 2 little hands couldn’t do it on my own. Thank you! 😘
