These little morsels are made by our chefs to be shown off, but we never skimp on flavour or substance.

- open fire barbequed beef skewers with freshly made chimichurri
- snapper ceviche, yuzu ponzu, avocado puree, served in crispy wonton wrappers
- hand rolled corn and smoked cheddar croquettes with harissa aioli
-thyme and pistachio crusted halloumi with hot honey
