The Geelong Comedy Community lost a dear friend yesterday. If you ever met Suzanne, you’ll know she was a total force; full of heart, humour, and zero hesitation to tell you exactly what she thought (and we loved her all the more for it!).

We first met her early on in the creation of Anything Goes Entertainment at Trivia; but it was her love of comedy that really made her shine. You could always count on seeing Suzanne at every gig: cheering everyone on, cracking a joke, or putting her hand up to help out before anyone else.

Suzanne was fiercely loyal, community-minded and always finding ways to get people involved & make comedy accessible in Geelong. She’d happily offer advice to new comics, share a laugh, and spread her love for the craft far and wide. Recently taking the reins of Open Mic & making it bigger & better!

We’ll miss your support, your sweet treats, your laughter, and your presence at every gig.

Thank you Suzanne, for everything you’ve done for the Geelong Comedy Community.

You’ve left a mark that will never fade. 💛

We’ll keep your legacy alive by continuing to build and grow this community you loved so much.

🎤✨ This Friday is a big one — the very last Comedy at The Nash before the 3rd Annual Geelong Comedy Festival, when more than 100 comedians take over the city.

While Geelong Cup week might be a wash-out on the track, we guarantee the only thing flooding in here will be laughs. 🍻😂

On stage you’ll catch Blaise White steering the night, with Jess Pearman, Cam Muratore, Cavie, Nicky Barry, Jeremy Dooley and Henry Yan — all of whom are warming up for their festival shows. It’s your sneak peek at some of the talent about to take over Geelong.
