Come on, join the Clique! Clique Brisbane ("Clique") is an exciting new dance party which is held monthly on the 3rd Friday of each month.

Clique aims to provide a club-like grown up feel for our target audience - teenagers and young people with special needs - where they can socialise, dance, make new friends and be part of an inclusive, safe and supported environment.
​
Our main focus is to wo

rk with our young patrons to assist social interaction, develop independence and responsibility and provide them their own space to party, chill out and call their own.
​
Clique events are registered with the Police in accordance with their party safe initiative guidelines and are alcohol and smoke free.

We had such a great time at our May Dance Party last Friday night!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, danced the night away, caught up with friends and helped create such an amazing atmosphere. Seeing the smiles, confidence and connection across the room is what Clique is all about.

Say hello to Jodi - our wonderful Cliquer of the Month for April! With her friendly, easy-going nature and infectious energy, Jodi has a special way of making everyone feel welcome and included.

Jodi loves catching up with the friends she’s made at Clique and is always excited to meet new people. She enjoys ten-pin bowling, getting creative with craft, and heading out for a cappuccino, dinner, or a movie.

When it comes to Clique, Jodi is all about the full experience- planning her outfit, styling her hair, and getting into the spirit of the theme nights (especially when the dancers are there!). And once she arrives? You’ll find her straight on the dance floor, front and centre, dancing the night away.

Jodi truly loves being part of the Clique community and has made so many meaningful friendships along the way. She has a natural ability to bring people together and care for those around her, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she meets.

We’re so lucky to have you, Jodi- keep shining and lighting up the dance floor! 💙

Back in 2016, we wanted to create a space where people could come along, have fun, and feel comfortable being part of something. A place where you can show up, enjoy the music, see familiar faces, meet new ones, and just have a really good night.

Say hello to Joel - our awesome Cliquer of the Month for March!

Joel is known for his kind nature, friendly attitude, and love of getting out on the dance floor with his friends.

Joel is a big fan of video games and enjoys keeping up with sports statistics, especially for the NRL, AFL, and cricket. When it comes to teams, he proudly supports the Canberra Raiders in the NRL and the Richmond Tigers in the AFL.

Joel has been working at the YMCA for four years and is a valued part of the team. His dedication and positive attitude make him a great colleague and friend.

One of Joel’s most special memories is meeting his girlfriend Paige at Clique. The couple celebrated their first anniversary together in February this year.

Joel loves coming to Clique because it gives him the chance to mingle with amazing people, dance with friends, and enjoy the fantastic music from the DJ. His kindness and willingness to connect with others make him a wonderful part of the Clique community.

Congratulations, Joel - we’re so glad you’re part of the Clique family!
