A wedding coordinator is so much more than someone holding a clipboard and checking the timeline.
On your wedding day, our job is to hold all the moving pieces so you don’t have to.
We’re the ones watching the clock, welcoming suppliers, checking the ceremony set-up, cueing the music, gathering the bridal party, making sure the flowers are where they should be, keeping the kitchen and bar in the loop, adjusting the timeline when things run late and quietly solving the little things you may never even know happened.
We’re there when you arrive, just before you walk down the aisle.
We’re checking on your family, your bridal party and your guests.
We’re making sure your photographer knows what’s happening next.
We’re communicating with the MC, musicians, DJ, kitchen and bar team.
And sometimes, we’re simply the calm face saying, “We’ve got it.”
Because a beautiful wedding isn’t just about how everything looks.
It’s about how the day feels.
You should be able to be completely present — to hug your people, soak in the ceremony, enjoy the food, dance, laugh and look around the room knowing there is nowhere else you need to be and nothing else you need to organise.
