Just logged into my account here to see messages from such sweet people checking in on me because I haven't been around for so long!

We have had a wild year so far 😆 but short story is that Wonderhubs and I decided that it was time to take our little family on another adventure in outback Australia.

We had a lovely month working on a sheep and cattle station in south West Qld before taking a more permanent position on a large cattle station in the Northern Territory. We are loving the change 💛

When I started Petal & Co we had just moved back to Forbes from working on a cattle station in North Qld. My husband had a broken knee and snapped ACL and I started selling flowers out of our little family van on the roadside to help with our income while he recovered.

Many things are for a season only and while I did think this one would be a longer season, I'm so thankful for what it was.

Flowers have always been so so special to me and I will always cherish the season I got to spend my days creating with them and sharing them with beautiful people. It was such a delight 🌼
Second to the delight of being in our little Forbes Community and meeting so many genuine and wonderful people.

🌻 2022 🌻

Hey friends, it's been a while.
A couple of months ago I decided to hit pause on my little flower shop and I haven't really had any capacity to post since then. Life has just been a lot, and I know it has been for many of you as well.

I never dreamed this time last year that I would have had the joy of creating bunches of flowers for so many people this year. It's truly such a joy and privilege to me.
I have enjoyed so much seeing my beautiful regular customers, lots of new and familiar faces, people passing through, and of course working with Chloe who was my gorgeous assistant on weekends!
I had a few weeks in my flower float before the floods hit and that was the best fun 🌼
I have so many happy flower memories with people from this year and they truly make me smile.
I will leave you with a couple of my favourite reviews from some lovely people and a very big thank you to everyone who supported my little business this year, I really am so grateful ❤

So many people have been so generous to us throughout our lives and I think a lifestyle of generosity is certainly a happy one.
