📣 Come and try felting with Louise from Tangletwine Fibre!

What is Felting? 🪡

Felting is a traditional craft that transforms loose wool fibres into fabric without knitting or weaving! Using moisture, heat, friction, or felting needles, the wool fibres connect together to create beautiful and unique handmade pieces.

This workshop is beginner friendly - no experience needed! Just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Join artist and educator Grace Mitchell for a hands-on workshop exploring the fascinating, often-forgotten world of paper puppets. Discover the rich history behind this playful art form and learn a range of creative techniques and mechanisms that bring paper characters to life. By the end of the session, you'll have your own animated paper puppet to take home and inspire future creations.
