With only a few days left till Xmas one of the more indulgent but usually forgotten biscuits.....

I absolutely love these. I knew I had married into the right family when visiting my in laws to find they had whipped up a bunch before we got there. X

Crunchy and sweet, these Florentines Biscuits are a favourite classic cookie. These delightful almond cookies are filled with dried fruit and a simple caramel, and are baked until golden and crisp.

Hey Platers,
Are you getting excited for xmas??? This week I will be singing all the carols whilst cooking.
It also looks like it's going to heat up aswell. Let me do the cooking so you can keep your kitchen cool.

*Spicy Pork & Udon Noodle
*Pastitso ( sort of like a Greek lasgana )
* Roasted Mango & Chilli chicken w/pineapple curry & coconut rice
* Slow cooked lamb with Greek salad and tzatziki

As always meals are $15.
Please place orders by Wednesday 6pm. Pick up/delivery Saturday morning 😁

This week's biscuit has to be the gingerbread biscuit. With all things xmas in the flavours it's also the base of so many treats across the world.
Are you a family that makes gingerbread houses? Or like us we love the German pfeffernusse with its crispy icing shell. Warm gingerbread cooking in the house is amazing

Hey Plater's its time to read the menu.....
Feel free to order a couple of extras as I will be stepping out of the kitchen for a wee bit to visit family before xmas. Orders close Thursday morning 10am.

* Beef Parmi Meatballs w/Roasted Potato and Veg
* Curried Sausage w/Creamy Mash and Peas
* Lime and Coriander Chicken w/Spiced Tomato Rice
* White Bean & Chicken Chilli

All meals are $15 and will be ready for pick up Saturday Morning.

Its biscuit of the week again!!!
These little morsels would come out at my nan's house when she wanted to impress a guest. They would also make a rare appearance when I got to stay up late and make my Nana a cup of tea. It was almost like they were a sin.. I still love them till today and I still hide them.

Crunchy, buttery and sandwiched together with milk chocolate, these Homemade Kingston Biscuits are an aussie biscuits classic. This golden, crispy oatmeal cookie sandwich recipe can be baked in 30 minutes.
