Last service is over, and we are ready to continue our adventure 😁

Thanks again for making Gusto (restaurant) what it is today and for growing with us 😆

Our boutique restaurant will take an indefinite break, in order to come back with more exciting feats 🙌🏼

The curtain calls

After five fabulous years, we have to say goodbye... (for now)

Gusto at Galleria will be closing on the 1st of April 👋🏽

Can't even begin to thank you for the amazing support and love we have received from all of you for all these years ❤️

It's not a farewell it's a "see you soon"!

Many projects are in development right now, so you will see us back soon 😃

We will be trading this week following usual trading hours 🙌🏼

Private Chef services are still available 👨🏽‍🍳

Tartare is a staple of Italian antipasti 😋

Clean, fresh, tasty.

A way of expressing the leanest cuts of meat in their raw form.

It's one our favourite dishes for an interesting dinner start back at home, in Italy 🇮🇹

As game meat lovers, and I decided to use one of the most delicious meat offerings discovered here in Oz... kangaroo 🇦🇺

Our Canguro Tartare, tempura quail egg, pumpkin emulsion, smoked paprika crisp, dill and lots of love ❤️
