Indo Lankan Charity Dinner Dance is set to kick off it’s first dinner dance, fashion show and entertainment gala night for the year featuring Melbourne’s most talented entertainers, fashion designers, gorgeous models & make- up artists on Feb 24th 2018 at Heritage Reception, Epping.

We are so glad and proud to say that we are the first one in Melbourne to present various Lankan, Indian, and Western dance and music performances along with Fashion show and Dinner Dance under one event.

This event will be a night of celebration with all you can eat international cuisine and unlimited drinks, fashion, beauty and lots and lots of nonstop rocking dance and music performances for the entire family!

We would like to thank all our sponsors, partners and supporters for the generous contributions towards the foundation and helping us to promote the event.

All proceeds will go to needy and disadvantaged little children to give an opportunity for a good quality education. We are hoping for a SOLD-out event and please reserve your tickets soon.

Being a DJ, one of the challenges is mixing Tamil and Hindi music…. Same country, similar or even many times the same music composers and singers, but the cultural differences of North and South India provide different sets of music for us. No question about the quality of Bollywood and Tamil Music as India’s top 10 Music composers are equally shared between North and South, but the taste of the people is somewhat different I guess… For Instance when Ghajini Movie was remade to Hindi from Tamil the beautiful Tamil songs by Harris Jayaraj were ignored in Hindi version and then A R Rahman had to compose the songs for Hindi Ghajini which was not well received in South, but successful in North….
Anyway having a right balance is vital for my next 2 nights :)
