Last weekend we helped a local CQ couple celebrate their wedding on the family farm.

Smokehouse Saturday!

We spent the day overlooking the Keppels at The Haven, Emu Park smoking for a party to celebrate Joanna ♡ Michael.

Guests staying onsite smelt the smoker all day and enjoyed a feast of our slow smoked deliciousness.

J♡M chose our 3 course 2 meat 1 dessert menu.

Fire roasted Pork Belly Bites.
Always a crowd favourite ♡

Smoked Spiced Peach Crumble for dessert.

That was our last wedding of 2025.

So hot on the weekend that we nearly didn't need the smoker to cook the Brisket!

Luckily the coastal breeze up at The Lookout Woodbury kept us cool.

We helped Nicholas and Kylie celebrate their magic day.

They chose our 3 course, 2 meat menu option.
Starting with Pork Belly Bites.
Slow smoked buffet dinner with Beef Brisket + Pulled Chicken, Slaw and warm Damper Rolls.
Followed by Smoked Apple Crumble and custard.

We have just a few Saturdays available in 2026.
