WE’RE HIRING A SENIOR FLORIST
Solasta Blooms is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Senior Florist to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely obsessed with flowers, has a strong creative eye and takes huge pride in what they create.
Someone who,
✦ Has 2–3+ years’ experience, particularly in wedding and event floristry
✦ Has strong flower knowledge and a beautiful eye for colour, texture and composition
✦ Is creative, passionate and always looking to create something special
✦ Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in the little things
✦ Is highly organised and confident working to deadlines
✦ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays calm under pressure
✦ Is adaptable, proactive and brings positive energy to the team
✦ Loves working collaboratively and contributing to a supportive creative environment with the team
✦ Has the confidence and experience to take the lead when needed
We create beautiful, considered florals for weddings, events and celebrations, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that process and grow alongside us.
