Our cohort of 16 emerging leaders dove straight into the core foundations of effective leadership—exploring personal leadership styles, the balance of position versus personal power, and how to craft a high-performing team charter built on communication, courage, and customer focus.

Time is one of a leader’s most valuable resources—how you use it can make all the difference.

In Session 5 of the Evolve2 Leadership Program | NSW Intake 4 – 2026, participants took a closer look at Structured Time Management and what it really means to lead a productive day. The session challenged the cohort to reflect on where their time goes, identify priorities, and explore how effective leaders create space for the work that matters most. From delegation and leader standard work to managing interruptions and recovering time, participants gained practical strategies they can put into action immediately.

QLD Intake 3 – 2026 kicks off a new journey of leadership and growth! Session 1 brought participants back to the foundations of leadership—starting with understanding who they are as leaders and how they can build teams with clarity, courage, communication, and purpose.

From exploring different leadership styles and the difference between position and personal power, to developing a strong Team Charter, participants began reflecting on the kind of leader they want to be and the environment they want to create for their teams.

A big thank you to Priestley's Gourmet Delights for hosting this kickoff session and supporting the development of emerging leaders.
