Us again!

A little bit of a personal note today, the Posh Gala Cancer Council Fundraiser could not be more tied to our hearts and we're so proud to have come this far as a small business to have opportunities like this. This event holds a special place in our hearts and is a true testament to how a horrible moment in your life can be a source of motivation.

Standing in this room seeing the magnitude of this event really is a full circle moment!

When Bec was only 16 years old she sadly lost her father to cancer, he used to joke with her Mum about starting a family run wedding company. Once he passed, Bec felt starting an event company would be a way to keep her connection with him. He always told her she could do anything, that is exactly what she did.

Thank you for your support and we hope we can continue to make the same difference in our clients lives as they do ours.

Posh Gala Ball table centrepiece ✨

I wanted to show the difference lighting can make! Adding lighting really does change the whole look of the centrepiece and overall mood of the event. The production team at the Fullerton Hotel did a fabulous job with the lighting in the space as always!

Corporate events are something we love doing as we get to do something different and out of the ordinary! Decorating and styling Cancer Councils biggest fundraiser of the year is an honour, 68 tables decorated with our Grand Crystal Candelabras, White Ostrich Feather Centrepieces and our Silver Manzanita Trees with fairy lights for centrepieces.

Cancer unfortunately effects so many families, the only solution is to come together to raise money for much needed research.

Did you know the inspiration for Fairytale Events came from Bec's father who spoke of starting his own event business before he passed away from cancer?

Thank you to the Cancer Council for letting Fairytale Events be apart of such a special event.

Throw back to the Posh Gala Ball!

A pleasure to be apart of such an amazing cause that is extremely close to the Fairytale Events teams heart.

This event raised 1 million dollars for much needed cancer research so as you can imagine it was unreal to feel like we were able to contribute to that. We're currently working with the Cancer Council team on the 2025 event and we can't wait to continue to be involved with this event for another year.

What can fairy lights do to a space? Fairy lights can create an ambience and warmth to a space that wouldn't be able to be achieved otherwise. Another benefit is that they can fill the 'empty' space above in the ceiling creating a more inviting and warm feeling in your venue.
