If you’re planning a Christmas party, end-of-year function, birthday celebration, corporate event, family gathering, or any special occasion, now is the time to lock in your date.

Our calendar is filling quickly, but we still have limited availability across November and December.

It isn't slowing down any time soon for the team at Ricky's Delights Catering! 🤠🍽️

We're gearing up for another huge month on the road, proudly supporting agricultural events and rural communities across Queensland.

Here's where you'll find us this August:

📍 11 August – Charolais World Congress Lunch, Surat
📍 15 August – Cunnamulla Show Food Site, Cunnamulla
📍 18 August – Rabobank Succession Workshop, Mitchell
📍 28–30 August – Pinnacle Campdraft, Pinnacle

In between all of that, I'll also be busy at home with our weaning muster and preparing for what is shaping up to be a mammoth September!

There’s nothing more rewarding than receiving messages like this from our amazing clients.

“On behalf of the Condamine Cods community we just wanted to say a massive thank you for all of the wonderful food on the grazing table and all of the hot nibbles. We have not had one bad comment about any of the food and lots of people have asked for it again next year because it was amazing. Thank you so much for everything!”

We had the absolute pleasure of creating this incredible grazing table and serving 325 guests at the Condamine Cods Ladies Day. It was a fantastic day and was an honour to be part of such a wonderful event.

Hearing that there wasn’t one bad comment about the food, and that guests are already asking for us to return next year, is the biggest compliment we could receive. On behalf of the Condamine Cods community we just wanted to say a massive thank you for all of the wonderful food on the grazing table and all of the hot nibbles. A massive thank you to Bubbles in the Buffel and Taroom Early Learning Centre for having us back to cater the 2026 Bubbles in the Buffel event for a second year.

We had the pleasure of serving up crispy pork belly and slow-cooked beef cheeks to 220 incredible ladies — a huge increase from last year and a fantastic reflection of how much this event continues to grow.

It’s always a privilege to be part of an event that brings people together while supporting such a great local cause. A big congratulations to everyone involved in organising another successful weekend.

Thank you for trusting us to feed the crowd. We loved every minute of it and can’t wait to do it all again next year! 🐷🐄🥂🍊🍋

If the smell coming out of the kitchen is anything to go by, we’re in for a bloody good weekend 🤤
