Not because I can’t.
Because I won’t.
Food grown in soil isn’t perfect, and we think that’s exactly how it should be. For us, the polish is in the experience - not over-handling the food.
While we’re quietly finishing sauces and checking seasoning in the kitchen, you should be outside enjoying a glass of champagne and actually spending time with your guests.
That’s the whole point of what we do.
