NEW MENU. 🍽️

We’ve been in the kitchen tasting, tweaking and “just trying one more thing” about 47 times… and we’ve landed on something we’re really proud of.

Good news - your favourites are still there. We’re not in the business of removing the things people actually love (we value our safety) 😂.

But… there are a few new additions, a few quiet upgrades, and a bit of tightening where it needed it. Same philosophy as always - good produce, cooked properly, no unnecessary carry on.

Whether it’s a long lunch at home or something a little more polished, the menu’s built to suit the way you like to gather.

One of the things we love most about planning an event menu is helping clients think about the little details that make guests feel truly looked after.

More and more, we’re seeing people want beautiful non-alcoholic options available for their guests - something that feels just as considered as a glass of champagne or a well-made cocktail.

Water shouldn’t be the only option.

Lately we’ve been suggesting ETCH to our clients, and it’s such a fantastic product. Thoughtfully crafted, full of flavour and sophisticated enough to feel like a proper drink for the occasion - not just a placeholder in the glass.

It’s a simple addition that makes a big difference, especially for guests who aren’t drinking but still want to feel part of the celebration.

A beautiful table, great food… and something lovely in everyone’s glass. That’s the goal.

Unfortunately not all our time is flitting to long lunches and memorable dinners (as much as any of us would love this) 🥂🍽️. With a very special (and extremely big) event coming up this weekend, we have some long days of food prep in our on farm commercial kitchen ahead of us. 🌾

We’ve just launched something new on our website - the Terre Rouge blog.

The first story is about something small… but important.

I don’t cut all my beans the same length.

Not because I can’t.
Because I won’t.

Food grown in soil isn’t perfect, and we think that’s exactly how it should be. For us, the polish is in the experience - not over-handling the food.

While we’re quietly finishing sauces and checking seasoning in the kitchen, you should be outside enjoying a glass of champagne and actually spending time with your guests.

That’s the whole point of what we do.

Beautiful food, polished service and a calm, considered experience from start to finish - so you can simply be present with your guests.

Feeling so grateful for all the recent event bookings - the love and support has been incredible.

We truly believe in supporting our community. Macquarie Home Stay is an invaluable support in our regions giving a home for those who are seeking medical treatment in Dubbo (or their families)
When you book a function with us and there happens to be extra unserved food, we ensure it is not wasted. Many of our clients choose to donate our delicious extras to MHS, and when we saw that there was a surplus of eggs at one of our favourite suppliers NextGenRegen we were only too delighted to buy some for the many guests who stay at this wonderful facility.
