TRUTH, MILESTONES, GROWTH!
Today, Fathers Day, marks a VERY special day for our family💕
WE celebrate the man, a hubby, a father, a grandad, a brother, a son in law, a brother in law & a friend to many!
My love in life & my biggest supporter💕
I share today a harrowing journey we’ve travelled over the last two yrs!
Ive stayed quiet because normally I’m a very private person.
However, today I’m truly thankful, extremely grateful to the medical team, the heart surgeons & specialists, my family, friends, AEE & Co and my LRH colleagues for the care, unwavering support & love you have given to help us recover & heal both mind, body & spirit🙏
Our journey has been harrowing to say the least, stressful, heartbreaking at times, yet also inspiring & uplifting, which is such a contradiction, but the absolute truth!
Whilst facing a medical emergency of my hubby (multiple cardiac arrests & major heart surgery) followed by a harrowing journey of recovery, I sit here today grateful and have some peace of mind finally🙏 A sigh of relief 🙏
My business created 5yrs ago has had many ups and downs. It’s been lots of hard work & determination providing growth.
Learning to shut out the noise of lies & mistruths that two individuals spread about me & our beautiful photographer, which I’ve stayed quiet about.
I believe silence speaks volumes!
For those that are loud usually have a hidden agenda.
It’s sad that in business you can be subjected to malicious mistruths.
I thank the vendors that came forward & let me know what was happening in the background. I thank the other vendors & coordinator that have apologised once they became aware of our detailed contract for scope of works executed, incl the DIY elements placed out on the day,
no invoice charged for extra services, our time (2hrs) styling, requested & provided.
I chose to stay quiet back then as my plate was VERY full caring for my hubby, being there for my children, carrying an enormous load, putting myself last, as a wife, as a mum, as we do!
Continued to commit to my clients for their special day, never speaking of my personal grief at that time and learning to having to accept help from family, close friends.
