These are my Mimi Oreo Baked Cheesecakes. Although when I started making them did not realise it was a bake cheesecake thought it was just a normal cheesecake recipe 😂. Still turned out great, so far my favourite.

My first attempt at a sponge cake. Kept it simple with jam and whipped cream in the middle topped with strawberries. Tasted delicious!
