🚨 You may have already noticed!! It is with a very very Heavy heart, I had to Close my shop after 7yrs in Doreen! Long story short, 7years no problems until the economy went poo.
No words really, as I am still quite numb and it was all done and dusted very quick, I tried my absolute hardest to keep the salon for the girls, and it just wasn't enough. But, this isn't the end of me.
However, the silver lining is after all this time, I have a very well established online business and weddings and events that I can continue from my home studio. I am still navigating my way through this and setting myself up properly.
So I am looking forward to working from home around my family, and being more present for my kids.
To all my family, friends and customer's who have become friends, thank you!! Thank you for all your support over the years... honestly couldn't have done it without you.
Mum, Dad, Renee, Dale, Steven, Peta, Emma, Ro, Lauren, Julie, my cousin Brett, I dont think I would be here without your support over the past 7years, even 10yrs. Your love and kick up the bum, reality check and push to keep me going is just something else.
To my other half Ken, he's not even on here but, I actually have no words...except my rock, my everything!!
Eleisha, Catherine and Bianca. You girls have been my back bone. Thank you for all your hard work you did for me. Holding the fort when I was away, for all our chats and doing your absolute hardest to bring in sales in the toughest economy yet... man I thought after covid was bad, boy was i wrong. You have no idea how great full I am for you all and the respect I have for you. I am sorry it is over, but our friendship is not!
So that's it. To New beginnings and outlook on life.
