Fathers Day ✨

We know we’re a little late to the party… but isn’t that what a good Plan B is for? 😉

Father’s Day is this weekend, and we’re still taking orders until Thursday! 🥂

Spoil someone you love — Dad, a father-figure, or maybe even yourself with a box that’s filled with love (and flavour):
✨ Grazing favourites — fresh fruit, crackers, dips + artisan cheese
✨ Our homemade sausage rolls (we’ve been told many times they are the best our guests have ever had .. I’ll let your dad judge that 🤭)
✨ A bottle of whisky or gin — paired with the perfect mixer + garnish

Because nothing says “thanks for being you” quite like food that feels like a warm hug (and a good drink to go with it 💛).

I’m still here 😅

The last two weeks have been the biggest in LMTH and b catering history.. from 50th birthday celebrations, class reunions, Italian inspired dinner parties and corporate catering it’s been a whirlwind… but none of this would have been possible without a team of gorgeous people to support me .. it’s taken ALOT for me to get here .. to ask for help to know that I need help to execute events the way I envisage them .. so whether you picked up my groceries, delivered early Saturday morning catering, washed the dishes, served at events, helped me prep or even sent me motivational and some times just hilarious memes - with a “just checking on you “ text I’m so very very grateful ❤️

For those waiting on quotes- please be patient with me .. I’m not getting much admin time as my priority is being in the kitchen .. but if urgent just give me a little nudge 😉

I’ve been so in the present at these events I’ve not taken nearly enough photos to prove these events occurred 😂

Cherishing Childhood Magic ✨

Yesterday, my Gran (the last of my grandparents) grew her Angel wings. Saying goodbye from afar was harder than I imagined, but in the stillness, I found something beautiful—time to unpack memories I had tucked away for too long.

Gran, thank you for introducing me to the magic of creativity. You were always quick to pull out the sewing machine, take me to a craft class, or encourage my imagination with the “fairies” that lived among the almond trees at the back of your garden.

I can still picture your hand-written recipe cards, filled with well-loved notes, as we searched for the perfect recipe to bake together. Oh, how I wish I knew where they were now.

These moments—the simple, golden ones of childhood—shape us in ways we don’t always realise. And while my heart aches to say goodbye, I am endlessly grateful for the love, creativity, and warmth you gifted me.

Until we meet again, Gran ❤️✨

If I’m honest I definitely have had moments where imposter syndrome has left me frozen in my business. Self doubt… is self sabotage, the fear of not being good enough… I’m not a chef, I’ve not been professionally trained, but what I lack in refined skills I make up for with love, passion, creativity and the want to connect with and nurture people through food. What you WILL get from me is fresh, flavoursome food, made from scratch, styled with creativity, from my registered kitchen in the beautiful suburb of Diamond Creek 💚
