Bundilla Museum by night 🧡🌙

And just like that… 1.5 hours to FLIP the space! 💪👏

Out came the wooden tables and in came the lit-up food stations, wooden slatted bar tables & white Paula stools, with orange deck chairs, extra cushions and pops of lighting throughout to completely change the look for the evening ✨

What an entrance with orange draping and over sized florals from Little Miss Flowers, Stunning as always 👏

Same space, loved this vibe — day to night and we nailed it! 👌🔥

Big well done to our team for turning this one around so quickly 🧡

Bundilla Museum by day 🧡☀️

What a space to work in — and can we just appreciate the access for this bump in… truck in,truck out with a 3 truck bump in 👌😂 We LOVE to see it!

Picnic benches, plastic chairs, tropical florals, low seating and not forgetting 2 wooden bars 💪 Finished off with pops of orange through the cushions and rugs, plus plenty of shade for everyone to sit back and enjoy the day!

✨ Darwin Fashion Week ✨

After a few battles with the Darwin winds at the Casino, we got there in the end 💪… and we think it was well worth it!

An oversized gold draped entrance welcomed guests into a room styled with black chair covers, gold bands, gold mirror bases, geometric vases, candlelit centrepieces, and a glamorous photo wall complete with signage, oversized spheres and florals to tie it all together.

Watching the guests arrive looking just as incredible as the room made all the hard work worth it. The glamour, the fashion and the atmosphere were absolutely unreal! ✨🖤💛

A massive thank you to Fiona and Phuong – it’s always a pleasure working alongside you both. You are truly amazing, as always, and we can’t wait to do it all again tonight for Round 2! 🙌✨

✨ Mindil Beach Suite | Darwin Cup 2026 ✨

We’ve wanted to bring this pearl-inspired styling to life for so long… and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out for our clients at Mindil! 🤍

Oversized pearls, soft gathered draping and our white wooden truss entrance created the perfect first impression, finished with white ripple plinths, fresh florals and pearls woven throughout the styling. 👌

Inside, the room was transformed with floor-to-ceiling cream draping, our freshly painted ripple bar, beautiful florals, our new white stools, white bar tables and green sofas.

Pearly perfection from start to finish… and we’re just a little bit obsessed! ✨

What a space! 🙌

An oversized crushed velvet draped entrance welcomed guests in, complete with matching plinths and stunning oversized tropical florals by Little Miss Flowers. Stepping inside, floor-to-ceiling draping transformed the room, paired perfectly with our white-legged hairpin tables, white Paula stools, green sofas and white marble coffee tables and more gorgeous florals throughout 👌

Simple, elegant and absolutely perfect… if we do say so ourselves! Thank you again DCOH Team, always a pleasure working with you guys 👏

What. A. Week. 🙌💗 A little sneak peek on the craziness 🙌

36 events in the last 8 days! 🤯💪 (Not much of a bank holiday for our team 😂 but we did get Monday off for a well-earned rest!)

Tuesday kicked off with unloading 6 trucks from the weekend, before heading straight into 8 pickups. 🚛💨

If you didn’t spot our pink shirts at one of the many venues, you definitely would have seen our pink trainers running from job to job! 🩷👟

And of course, everything that goes out has to come back — pickups, unloading trucks, washing, sorting and packing, plus nearly 3,000 chair covers throughout the week! 😅👏

A massive shout out to our incredible Team Pink. We appreciate every early start, late finish and everything you do to make the magic happen. We couldn’t do it without you! ❤️

Harvey Norman Conference hits the NT! 🌴✨

What a week! We had the pleasure of bringing six incredible events to life, each with its own unique style and theme – and we loved every minute of it. 🙌

We kicked things off with a tropical sunset welcome, followed by an executive dinner, a cocktail evening at P*e Wee’s, a mini Mindil Markets,a cooking class at the Botanical Gardens, and wrapped it all up with a spectacular gala ball on the lawns at Mindil Beach Casino. What an amazing way to showcase the very best of the Top End! 🌅

A huge thank you to Meegan and the entire team for being an absolute dream to work alongside. Your organisation, trust and support made the week so enjoyable, and we can’t wait to create more amazing events together.

Finniss River Lodge has done it again with another breathtaking wedding! ✨

Black pro dance floor, festoon lighting, our serpentine tables dressed in sage green velvet tablecloths, plus high bar tables and relaxed lounge areas to keep guests comfortable all evening. The end result was simple, elegant and the perfect setting for Olivia & Ben to celebrate with their loved ones. 🥂
