What a stunning space to create a wedding! Surrounded by beautiful gardens, we brought the celebrations together with festoon lighting, high and low seating, and wine barrels to create the perfect relaxed vibe.

It was also great to see the groom and his boys hard at work on the morning of the wedding (with a little bit of help here and there 😂). Seeing everyone pitch in made the day even more special, and the final result looked absolutely amazing 🥂

And Tannah, you are one lucky lady! Hearing your groom speak so highly of you throughout the set up was just beautiful and a reminder of what weddings are all about. 🥹💕

The only way is AAPH… well, that’s what we think when it comes to event management! 🩷

Trust us when we say we do our absolute best to cover every angle. From sprinklers going off mid-ceremony, drying dance floors on our hands and knees after unexpected rain, moving cars so they don’t spoil those once-in-a-lifetime photos… the list goes on and on!

Over the years, we’ve done just about everything for our couples. From styling your wedding and creating mood boards, to booking venues, coordinating suppliers, managing catering and bar service — we truly do it all.

Our job is to take the stress off your shoulders so you can enjoy every moment. We’ve got you, your guests, and yes… we’ve even organised dog pick-ups for upcoming weddings! 🐾

There really isn’t much we won’t do for our brides, and that’s why we’re proud to say we do it ALL.

So sit back, relax, and leave the running around to us — it’s what we were born to do. ✨🤍

Well… what a VIBE this one was!
From “I do” on the lawns of the Botanical Gardens to a full-blown party up on Holtz Lawn, this wedding brought the energy from start to finish. And we were here for every second of it! ✨

Lighting? ✔️ Dancefloor? ✔️
High bars, stools, low lounges, tropical florals and the caravan rolling back out to keep the good times flowing✔️

You two brought the fun, the style and your own flair to every part of the day, and it was an absolute pleasure working alongside you to bring it all to life. Your family and friends knew how to celebrate too… safe to say this crowd understood the assignment! 🥂🕺

A massive thank you for trusting the AAPH crew with your big day. And a cheeky shout-out to our girl Ellie, another event management masterpiece ticked off the list! 💕 She’s got this wedding game down to a fine art, and we’re pretty proud of her👏

New venue unlocked for us 🙌

What a privilege to be part of the King’s Birthday at Government House! ✨ It’s an absolutely stunning space, but an empty venue was never going to cut it… so we did what we do best and brought the celebration to life! 🤍

Featuring our white bar tables, Paula stools, white cross-back chairs, gorgeous white daybeds, matching lounge settings and tropical florals throughout – this setup was giving elegant tropical vibes and we are OBSESSED. 🌿🤍

We’re so grateful to add another iconic Darwin venue to the AAPH list and can’t wait to create more magic here. ✨

GINFEST 🍸💕

What a crowd! Thousands turned up, and that’s exactly what we love to see here in Darwin 🙌

We worked closely with the team at SRO Events on this one, and once again they absolutely pulled it out of the bag. Every area looked incredible, and of course, we brought our A-game too ✌️

From the oversized floral entrance archway welcoming guests in, to the iconic PINK phone box capturing all your special moments — seeing your photos and memories from the event genuinely makes our day! 💕

The container bar was filled with hairpin tables and Tolix stools, while the lawn area featured low wooden tables, benches and chairs. Around the pool area , wrapped barrels, blue umbrellas for some much-needed shade, and white picket fencing completed the vibe.

A fabulous setup and one EPIC event. Huge congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this event to life 👏
