After taking a hiatus on photography for a few years, I will be returning to conduct small sessions to start with very soon.

Why such a long break? My family were little and I decided to spend more time with them as these moment I would never get back.

After recently marrying overseas, I ended up editing my own wedding photos and as such, discovered I missed this part of my life immensely.

I will be taking a selected few clients for weddings at an extremely reasonable price.

Family sessions will be by consultation only. Unfortunately I will not be continuing with newborn sessions. I will leave this to more talented persons in the industry who have a better set up than I do (happy to recommend awesome photographers who are reasonably priced and don't charge you your limbs for a session).

Anyway, to my followers who have remained with me, thank you!!! ###

Yesterday, I came home from work to a handwritten envelope in my letterbox, no postage stamp, just with 'Sandi" written on it.

This is more precious to me than any amount of money to conduct a photo session. It truly shows clients have faith in my work.

From flowers, to bottles of Moscato (yes my favourite, when I do have a drink that is) and gift vouchers from clients to thank me for my work. This is why I do what I do. Putting smiles on clients faces and memories to cherish forever.

Have I told you all how much I love my little business??

Good Morning my beautiful fans

I wanted to give everyone a heads up that I will not be taking any further booking until November 14.

Unfortunately I have to repair a tear in my knee, more than likely my ACL again, which will leave me out of action for a few weeks plus a rehabilitation period of around 4 weeks. Today being the 2nd anniversary of my initial ACL tear surgery, I'm back at that terrible place again of daily pain and agony.

On a more positive note, I will be back conducting sessions FULL time after this temporary moment of recovery.

Another picture of my little rat, with a cake that was bigger than half her body... I have honestly never seen kids eat all their cake like they did with this one. The flavour was amazing beyond belief, very moist and is simply to die for.

Today is my little girls 4th Birthday.

This little rat, was my fastest labour out of my 5 children, in 37mins, so you could say she was in a hurry to meet us all, especially her beautiful Daddy who she also shares her Birthday with.

How amazing is her cake! Made by the talented Karen Gudgeon.

Unfortunately I won't be able to answer any queries during today as she is having a "batgirl" superhero party.
