The Darwin International Laksa Festival is back, so we've added our own laksa-inspired dish to the menu.

Our Laksa Chicken Bowl ($26) combines tender chicken, rice, cucumber, pickled onion, chilli, and fresh coriander with a rich laksa sauce.

Enjoy this local favourite reimagined for a slow brunch at the gardens, available throughout October.
