She holds transformational spaces around the world - from India, Thailand & Sri Lanka, to Spain & the Middle East. Through her work Sophie has guided 1000’s of people through yoga, movement, kirtan, ecstatic dance, ceremony & teacher trainings devoted to connection, healing & community.
And along the way she built a thriving online community & business, & now supports other women to do the same - to show up online, build their soul led businesses & live a wildly creative, spacious, cyclical & sovereign life.
Sophie is about to launch her program to share with you the road map she created - without all the wrong turns & miss steps, just the juice & direct route that got her to where she is today, living her dream life - the life she once dared to imagine!
