A week later and we're still thinking about Fire & Forage . 🌅

Recently, Nat and Brig stepped aboard Cape Adieu for an unforgettable evening of food, culture, cocktails and storytelling, all set against a stunning Darwin sunset on Larrakia Country.

From the incredible native ingredients and locally sourced produce to the stories, traditions and cultural knowledge shared throughout the experience, every detail felt thoughtful, authentic and immersive.

A huge congratulations to Shannon Motlop, Aboriginal Community Harvesters and Zach Green, The Storyteller Chef, for creating something truly special. Through food and storytelling, they've created an experience that not only showcases the best of the Top End but also fosters genuine connection and understanding.

Darwin has been waiting for an experience like this, and it certainly didn't disappoint.
We're excited to see this experience continue to grow and look forward to opportunities to share it with our clients and visitors to the Territory. ✨

Back from Barunga Festival and feeling grateful for the opportunity to spend time on Country with the people and programs making a real difference across the Territory.

This trip focused on two projects we’re proud to support - the Learning on Country Program and the Gamba Eradication and Biodiversity Conservation - GEBC Program. While much of our work happens from the office, the impact of these programs is felt far beyond the city, protecting Country, supporting communities and creating lasting outcomes across regional and remote areas.

Getting out on the ground with our clients, seeing that impact firsthand and connecting with the people behind the work is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do at AA&P.

✨ Meet Anne ✨

If you've spent any time in the office lately, chances are you've already met Anne.

Originally from Vietnam and now settling into Darwin life, Anne brings a wealth of event experience to the AA&P team, having delivered events across Vietnam.

Always willing to lend a hand, Anne isn't afraid to get her hands dirty and is often one of the first to volunteer when help is needed. Her positive attitude and eagerness to learn have made her a wonderful addition to the team.

When she's not busy bringing events to life, you'll find her enjoying an iced latte or joining Sita and Paige for the weekly Friday bubble tea run. 🧋☕

We're thrilled to have you on the A Team, Anne. Welcome aboard! 🎉

Eight years ago, a fresh faced, beautiful and bubbly British world traveller joined the AA&P team as part of her Aussie working holiday. And none of us could have imagined the journey ahead. 💃

Since then, Rosie has travelled across Australia delivering events, building relationships, supporting our clients, and helping shape AA&P into the nationally recognised business it is today. Through growth, change, expansion into new states, new offices, new team members, and even navigating a global pandemic, Rosie has been a constant source of positivity, commitment, and support.

Now based back in the UK, Rosie continues to play an integral role in our business, proving that great people and strong connections know no borders.

Rosie embodies everything we value at AA&P, optimism, integrity, resilience, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Thank you, Rosie, for eight amazing years and we can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings.

What an incredible day at last week’s 2026 RMIT University NT Leaders Forum on Post-Viral Care & Chronic Disease Management. 🙌

Held at Adina Vibe, Darwin Waterfront, the forum brought together healthcare professionals, researchers and key stakeholders for a day of collaboration, knowledge sharing and meaningful discussion around post-viral care and chronic disease management in the NT.

The conversations throughout the day highlighted both the challenges and opportunities in improving care outcomes for our communities.

As event organisers, we were proud to support RMIT University and Carers NT in delivering this important forum.🙌

Thank you to everyone who attended, presented and contributed to the success of the event, and a special thank you to Adina Vibe Hotel Darwin Waterfront for helping bring the day together.

Business events are never delivered in isolation. ✨

Behind every successful conference, gala dinner or industry event is a network of venues, accommodation providers, suppliers and service partners working together to create something bigger than any one business.

Our mindset is simple: we win when the people around us win. 🙌

Great events don't just bring delegates together - they support local businesses, create opportunities, showcase destinations and strengthen communities.

We're usually too busy making things happen to capture the people behind the scenes, but here are a few of the wonderful partners we've had the pleasure of working with recently.

🤝 Strong relationships build strong events.
