g business better, we have taken the time to listen deeply. Learn: We aim to multiply the value of work we do, by investing in our next generation of leaders, and their learning. Light the Way: by empowering our team, we light the way for others to follow too. Acknowledgement...

We recognise the First Nations people on the land we live, work and play. Especially the Larrakia and Kuku Yalanji lands where we have a presence. We also acknowledge the many other First Nations elders and leaders who collaborate with us to share their culture and stories and inspire us to care for kids and keep culture strong. We follow their lead and appreciate and advocate for the caring for country, kids and community. The origin of these concepts, being that Indigenous people have been the first innovators, makers and kreators and led the way for us all to do better for generation after generation since the Dreamtime. We celebrate the tropical north, from Tiwi to the Daintree. Philosophy...

2) Economic Development: establishing an in-house product design and development model that services our community's needs for corporate and cultural gifts
3) Empowerment: investing our proceeds into two x community initiatives; Tiwi Youth Girls Leadership + Higher Attire along with a range of community events
4) Experiences: collaborating with community and cultural leaders like Mayala Bol, Wangatunga Tiwi Women, Hoops for Health (Darwin) and Walkabout Cultural Adventures and Harbrow Mentoring (Daintree) to host bespoke cultural and creative experience and events, supporting their on country enterprises
5) Education: sharing our stories from our collective through our website and marketing platforms. So good to visit in person this morning and see the space Eddie and Sophie and their family are creating in the heart of Darwin.

Sophie was a valued team member at our Starwin shopfront, kindly stepping into to lead the way when MK was born and we transformed to a mumpreneur business.

Her spirit always shone through, connecting community and now with her partner Eddie and family, they are lighting the way as business owners in hospitality, at their aptly named 'Kin' Cafe.

Hoping community value and gather and support, the one-of-a-kindness venue they are growing.

When kind people connect, magic happens.

Many years ago, Tammy was the first team member who came on board at Starwin Shopfront.

The Indigenous Literacy Foundation were one of our first suppliers and we were their first outlet to share their stories in the NT.

Fast forward and Tammy and Tippa have grown their own community enterprise Mamanta Socials and are now ambassadors for ILF.

Small connections can create big impact.

Congratulations to
on being part of the Division 1 NTFL Womens grand final last night, with winning the cup 🐯

When we founded back in 2010 we focused on investing in the next generation and growing spaces for talent to thrive. Our motto was 'Champions~Change~Community' and through collaborative partnerships we made an impact.

One of our key projects was supporting the start up of the Tigers Womens Football program, as a sponsor and program coordinator, helping the NTFL grow from three womens teams to four. These days there are divisions, youth girls competitions and its a sport of choice for females.

Back then, Deontae was often a helper at games, a small but mighty water girl with an oversized tee and mum Mandy the junior football coordinator and key supporter of the women's team and program also.

Through this Tigers connection, Deonate a decade or so later went on to become a Starwin team member at our Darwin shopfront, as did founder

It is so good to see Deontae kicking goals on and off the field as a champion of change. Keep shining bright ✨️✨️

The Turtle Season collection is a one-of-a-kindness set featuring artwork by .mountford and made with love by 🐢

In working with young artists, we provide career mentoring, pay upfront for original artwork / design and also pay a flat fee per wholesale order upfront. This is part of our unique Made with Kindness Economy model.

This means artists receive more money, sooner and are not reliant on the trickle feed of royalties, post sales.

We also gifted Louise her entire collection in appreciation and congratulations, she deserves it 💜

With mentoring support, Louise has now achieved the goals she set herself and is now working full time as a ranger on country at Groote Eylandt. We love the joyful updates she sends!

Each time you order with us, you are investing in the next generation, your change creates community change 🌿

We value our connections who have supported our collective over many years. We recently had the pleasure of putting together a corporate gift bundle as an appreciation gift for .au

This box we created had a north Queensland theme.

Shoreline is a company that creates employment pathways for young Indigenous leaders in the maritime and cultural tourism sector. We love the work they do and it was a joy to spread some kindness for their team.

If you are looking for corporate gifts, we invite you to choose eco and support local makers, e: [email protected] and see what we can do for you ✨️💜🌿

Sharing a special memory from 2024 of our pop up space in Jambinu (Geraldton), showcasing the 'Yirrkikipayi Story by MK' children's clothing collection.

The proceeds of this collection enabled us to provide for the Indi Kindi program by at Borroloola.

Our dream is to create an all new children's organic clothing collection featuring new designs in 2026 as part of our initiatives.
