Hello, my incredible foodies! ❤️

This is a tough post to write, but I've made the decision to stop trading at the swimming pool carpark to focus on the next page of my career . My heart is so heavy as I say goodbye for now.

To everyone who came out, rain or shine, for the past three years—thank you. Your support and smiling faces made every Friday a joy. It was an absolute honor to cook for you, especially for those of you who truly get what I'm about: real food, authentic food made with Love.

This isn't a permanent goodbye, just a "see you later!" Please keep following this page to stay tuned for our next chapter.

You can still find us at the Deckchair Cinema on Wednesdays!

Hey hey lovelies!! Thank god it's friday!! The menu tonight at the pool carpark:

Confit Lamb leg and Mushroom Cassoulet GF
Beef Cheek Ragu and Polenta GF
Nero di Sepia Risotto w local snapper, squid and preserved lemon
Gnocchi mushroom and truffle
Macaroni with creamy zucchini pesto and sliced Porchetta

Arancini
Mousse au chocolat

Hello Foodies! We missed you! We are back, and nothing says we LOVE YOU better than this menu!
Tonight from 5pm at the pool carpark, Nighcliff:

Bolognaise croquettes ( small bites)

🧄Pork Cassoulet, with sausage,pulled pork and pancetta
🧄Local Snapper and Squid Panino,fresh salsa
🧄Fried Eggplants, chickpea and bean Vegan stew (for real😉), walnut pesto.
🧄Lamb Leg confit, preserved lemon, anchovie and rosmary rub🤤, polenta Wedges, Zucchini
🧄Beef cheek Ragù and Polenta
🧄Mushroom and truffle gnocchi
