When did we get so serious?”
That’s what a friend I used to party with in the 2000s asked me recently (we’d been cry-laughing about the ridiculous nights and the questionable decisions) and I felt it in my bones.
Because somewhere along the way, we became the responsible ones. We organise everything. Remember everything. Look after everyone.
But who’s looking after us?

And apparently we’re also meant to optimise ourselves while we’re at it.
Better sleep. Better habits. Better body. Better mindset. Better nervous system.
Exhausting, right?!
What if we don’t need to become better, more optimised versions of ourselves?
What if we just need to let that carefree girl out for a while?
The one who danced, wandered, made things, stayed up talking, laughed until her stomach hurt — and never once called any of it self-care.
She’s still in there. She’s just been very, very busy.
That’s Club Bohemia.
Two nights in nature with women who get it. Women who’ve built the careers, businesses, families and lives — and somewhere along the way, lost touch with the girl who was curious, spontaneous and completely herself.
We’re not trying to go back in time.
We’re just done being responsible all the time.
Nature. Creativity. Good food. Swimming. Dancing. A little woo woo. Fireside chats. Being totally looked after for a change.
And somewhere in all of that, we exhale.
We feel seen.
That spark reignites
We remember what we actually want.
We go home lighter with a bit more fire
Not because we “fixed ourselves”.
But because we finally stopped trying so bloody hard to.
Its time to come play outside and feel like YOU again
