Geordie Elliot-Kerr aka Shedbug is one of the founders of Salt Mines label, the guy whose track Sibelle drew a lot of attention back in 2019 and for a reason too.

He’s been releasing music on labels such as: Of Paradise, Flux, Deeptrax Records, 1Ø PILLS MATE, and Lobster Theremin. Comfortably one of Melbourne's best producers and talents. We can't wait for two hours of foot to the floor breakbeat and rave to close tomorrow night.

Yollks delivers nothing but high octane breakbeat, rave and electro. Nothing short of energetic enjoyment. Yollks incites movement and elation all across Melbourne's most renowned bars and clubs. With a string of various compilations under her belt, she is one to know.

Yollks is also a co-founding member of the local DJ Collective, ‘Fluxx’ and is part of the creative collective ‘ Genre Spanner’.

Abe Spargo aka AJ Fresh will be providing the groove upstairs as part of the Area 3000 showcase

Abe is a staple on the Area 3000 airwaves, hosting ‘Flip Flopping’ on Wednesday afternoons, which blesses our drive home with straight-up house music. By the time you get home, you’ll want to go straight out again.

When he isn’t pouring beers at your local, he is keeping things colourful as a member of Beige. These guys are doing great things, so be sure to keep your ears out.

The sun is setting on yet another strenuous lock-down period. Not only has it been tough on ourselves but our local hospitality industry is feeling the pinch more than ever.

If you feel healthy and safe it's a great time to get back out there to support your local. New Guernica will be opening its doors from 11pm tomorrow night with the dancing activating from 11.59 on the dot.

Born in Tokyo Japan and growing up in his hometown of Shinjuku Kabuki-cho, Genki has formulated his sound through the different people, and cultures he has experienced on his journey. He describes his sound as “Dance Music” based on disco.

Playing heavy rotation for our Thursday night rave rituals you can understand his respect for dance music in decades gone by and how he tries to encapsulate that sound with a heavy, driving, modern dance-floor flare. He has the ability to build a floor unlike many others and an innate ability to read the room.
