We had the pleasure of catering the Australian Event Awards Gala Dinner in October - held at the impressive in Woolgoolga.

This was the first year the AEA Awards Symposium has been held in regional Australia, and the first of a three-year stint in beautiful Coffs Harbour ☀️⛱️

We absolutely loved bringing together our local suppliers and produce to build three courses that reflected how stunning (and delicious) the Mid North Coast reallly is.

From infusing our salmon entree with the beautiful gin, to topping desserts with the amazing macadamias, we had a piece of our coastal backyard in every bite.

A huge thank you to our amazing team, the North Coast Hotel Group, and the community for such a brilliant night! 🥂

Special mention to for bringing the AEA Awards Symposium and Gala to Coffs Harbour and for engaging local supplies to deliver such a standout event!
