Over the past few weeks I’ve been listening to the words of my very wise yoga teacher - and honestly, they’ve felt just as relevant to life, teaching and marriage as they do to yoga.

You can’t control everything.
Only how you show up.

A reminder I probably needed this week too.

Maybe that’s why I’m so drawn to intimate weddings, elopements and simple legal ceremonies.

Less pressure. Less performance. More presence.

Because at the end of the day, it’s about the marriage - not just the wedding.
