HEY THERE CUTIE….WE MISSED YOU! 💋

We’ve been a little quiet on socials this year… but definitely not quite behind the scenes. 🤍

Between family commitments and a very full wedding calendar, we’ve been busy creating some pretty incredible celebrations — and we think it’s about time we started sharing them!
Meet Izzy & John ✨

Married on Izzy’s family farm in beautiful Tucabia, their wedding was the perfect blend of her Italian heritage and Mediterranean-inspired details, set against the natural beauty of the Clarence Valley bushland.

Think a selection of alternate seating with long tables & rounds, beautiful traditional Italian food, family, laughter and that relaxed European feel — all brought to life in a setting that was completely and uniquely them.

And this wedding? Definitely one to remember.
Izzy & John had a few seriously iconic moments planned throughout the day and evening that kept their guests entertained, surprised and celebrating right until the end.

POV: You finally choose bridesmaid colours that actually HIT 💗🌿

Pastel pink, olive green and hot pink together? Obsessed. The mix of tones and styles gave the bridal party such a fun, fashion-forward feel while still looking super luxe and romantic 🤍
And the florals… next level! Huge credit to the incredibly talented florist Hannah from who completely brought Kate’s vision to life with the dreamiest mix of soft blush blooms, tropical greens, texture and playful pops of pink. Everything tied together so perfectly against the lush backdrop

Kate chose our Styling On The Day package alongside our On The Day Coordination package — ideal for couples who have sourced their own styling items but want a professional team to pull everything together seamlessly on the day. She also hired extra styling pieces through us to help complete the overall look and bring the vision to life 🫶

From styling and setup to coordinating the entire flow of the day, we LOVE seeing all the little details come together into something this beautiful. There is more to come on this epic wedding soon💫

Married on the stunning Woolgoolga Headland, surrounded by their favourite people, ocean views, good vibes and so much love.

Every detail of the day felt personal — from the incredible florals grown by Finn’s dad on the family flower farm, to Anna’s brother officiating the ceremony and making it all that little bit more special.

Anna chose our On The Day Coordination package along with styling setup on the day — perfect for couples who have sourced and organised their styling pieces themselves but want someone there to professionally bring the vision to life so they can fully relax and enjoy the day.

A relaxed, heartfelt celebration filled with laughter, happy tears, salty air and one very loved-up couple. What a day ✨

The Without A Hitch team is taking a short one-week break to recharge. During this time, emails and social media messages will be responded to when we return.

For our beautiful current couples, please don’t worry — Our team are still on the ground delivering events. If your wedding falls in March or April, our coordinating team will continue looking after you and ensuring everything runs seamlessly as planned.

Still buzzing from last night 🤍✨

We are beyond proud to announce our results at the Australian Wedding Industry Awards!

🏆 2nd Place in Australia – Wedding Planner / Coordinator- Each year we’ve climbed the ranks, getting closer and closer to that top spot — and we’re not stopping until we get there.

✨ Top 5 in Australia – Stylist / Decorator -
Our first year ever being a contender in this category and already placing Top 5… what an honour!

None of this would be possible without my incredible team — your hard work, passion and commitment never go unnoticed. I’m so proud of what we continue to build together.

It was also such a privilege to share this special moment with my 2IC who has been working along side me since she was 16 in various roles. Watching her become a skilled coordinator, independently coordinating weddings within the business has been one of the highlights within the business this year!

Last night was a fantastic opportunity to meet and connect with so many amazing vendors within the industry, and a special shout-out to fellow Coffs Harbour legends, who placed 2nd in the category Wedding Videography in their first year at the awards — an incredible achievement 👏🎥

To our beautiful brides — thank you for trusting us with your love stories and for helping us get this far. And to my family, thank you for holding down life, the kids, and stepping in on weekends while I continue to grow this little business dream 🤍

An adventurous, outdoor-loving surfer king!

Together, married on the breathtaking Woolgoolga Headland, with an intimate celebration of under 50 of their favourite people.

From ocean views to a laid-back reception at the Woolgoolga Surf Club, this day was full of heart, laughter and effortless love.

The styling gave subtle nods to Alyse’s ballerina past, while staying true to their laid back, free spirited nature — elegant, relaxed and completely them.

Alyse chose our Style & Design Package with On-the-Day Coordination, allowing them to soak up every moment while we brought their vision to life.

A day that proves intimate weddings can be just as powerful, joyful and unforgettable 💫
