A beautiful, intimate ceremony for these two long-term lovers, with their very favourite people. Their little boy Michael bounced around excitedly while his little sister kept cooking away in Amanda’s tum. Pulling off a wedding while preggers is no mean feat, but if Amanda was stressing you’d never have known! She had her mum by her side and was wearing her same veil and bouquet from the 80’s, making it truly a testament to where they’ve come from, and a celebration of where they’re headed! 🥰

When Jess and Alin met at a party they hit it off right away… which was a shame since Alin had just quit his job to go traveling, so wasn’t really in the market for a girlfriend. But after a few dates and getting to know Jess, traveling suddenly had lost some of its appeal. He went anyway, but couldn’t shake thoughts of the girl he’d left back home. So he did what any hopeless romantic would do - he asked her to join him overseas! And Jess did what any young woman who’s never seen the classic Liam Neeson film ‘Taken’ would do - she said yes!
8 years later they’re still each others favourite adventure buddies, hiking companions, cat co-parents, and now newlyweds! 💘

12 years ago, Adam’s mum was the one to say to Kaila, “hey, I’ve got a son about your age. You should look him up!” A few months later as they were heading to their first date, it was Kaila’s mum who had to boot her out of the car when her nerves were kicking in. Yesterday both mums got their credit, and these two lovers got their happily ever after. Of this chapter at least! 📖

As a vet nurse, it was never any surprise that Nat’s wedding day was going to be an outdoorsy celebration complete with frog decor, flowers everywhere including her custom dress, Ben’s capote that he made himself, and both their shoes that Nat embroidered with flowers, and of course their dog Chunky Monkey in attendance.
The day felt so them, and so sweet, meaningful and intentional in every way. They exited the aisle to their fave Green Day, then went on for a delish party at just down the road from their pet-filled home. Perfection 🖤

Oof what a hottie! ☀️ (talking about the weather… obviously!!)
Currently sincerely thanking all of my couples for choosing to not get married today so I can hibernate in front of the AC. But let this be your reminder to have a heat plan, not just a rain plan. Because standing in the sunshine for lengthy periods in suits/fancy clothes and make up is _not_ a vibe 🥵

In other news, something I love about this job is the amazing vendors I’ve met I now get to call friends. So thankful to for hosting my family at her farm this week to get some sweet snaps in her sunflowers 🌻

When you’re 18 and hitting the local on a Saturday night, getting to bed at 5am before your 7am shift starts at Maccas you’re hardly thinking to yourself “I bet I meet my future wife tonight”. But that’s exactly what happened for Riley when Kayce came barreling into his life. Since then it’s been non stop laughs, sausage dogs, dominating whatever co-op has them in a chokehold, learning harmonica to win the friend group talent contest, and a million more moments that have made the last six years the best of their lives. I loved summing it all up for their friends and fam yesterday with heaps of laughs and some hearty sobbing (mostly from Riley, but we love to see it). Absolutely epic day for K&R. Would marry again 👌
