We get asked these ALL the time so we thought we'd put them all in one place 😄
🔌 Do you need power?
Yes! We need access to a standard power point within about 30 metres. No power? No problem — we offer generator hire for $150.
🌧️ What happens if it rains?
Light rain is usually fine — our castles have roofs! For heavy rain or storms we'll work with you to reschedule. Your safety always comes first.
🌿 What surface do you need?
Grass or concrete — both work perfectly! Just let us know at booking so we can prepare correctly.
⏰ How long does setup take?
Usually 20–30 minutes. We always arrive early so everything is ready before your guests do!
📋 Do you have insurance?
Absolutely — $20 million public liability. We can provide certificates to venues or schools on request.
🧼 How clean is the equipment?
Spotlessly clean before every single hire — no exceptions. Parents always comment on this and it's something we take real pride in. ✨
📅 How far in advance should I book?
At least 3–4 weeks for weekdays, 4–6 weeks for Saturdays. July is almost full — August is filling fast!
