Location: Based on Redlands Coast (travel to Gold Coast, Brisbane CBD and beyond!)

Are you passionate about food, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences? We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Front of House staff to join our team for a variety of weddings and private events.

About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting the setup, service, and pack-down of catered events. From beautifully styled buffets to elegant sit-down receptions, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly and guests are well looked after.

Duties include:

Assisting with foodservice (buffet, roving and plated)

Setting up tables, décor, and buffet stations

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the event

Working closely with chefs, waitstaff, and event coordinators

Packing down and cleaning post-event

What We're Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude and friendly personality

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends

Ability to work under pressure and stay organised

Previous hospitality or events experience is essential

Food handler certificate - No RSA required

Driver’s licence or the ability to be dropped off and picked up from events essential
