While Sam was on one of his rare stopovers in Perth - packing some things before hitting the road again in his van - he met Steph. A wholesome romance ensued, and eighteen months later Sam proposed at a Ziggy Alberts concert on a perfect evening right after Valentine’s Day. A dreamy, intimate setting on Rottnest island with a warm summer breeze set the scene for Steph and Sam as they shared their vows barefoot at stunning beach resort, in front of 29 close friends. The beautiful bride wore a flowy skirt and lacy, cropped halter neck top by reflecting the wedding’s relaxed, bohemian theme. After the ceremony, the couple traversed the rocky shores of Rottnest Island on a tandem bike for a carefree photoshoot. As sunset hit, the pair snuck off to the Salt Lakes, then joined their friends for a seafood dinner & bar tab. Steph and Sam spent a relaxing seven days at Samphire Rottnest which was perfect to relax after all the planning!

Having first laid eyes on each other at the 2015 Melbourne Cup, a chance encounter at Scarborough beach a few years later signified the beginning of Callie and Michael’s love story. Michael proposed in Callie’s hometown of Karratha at the picturesque Hearsons Cove beach. After extensive prepping and planning Callie & Michael chose to get married at . Every aspect of their day was meticulously considered to create a stunning backdrop for their boho themed wedding - from the stunning array of dried flowers to the gazeebo with festoon lights. For Callie it was love at first sight when she came across us at the crown expo 😍

Justine and Corey were taking a stroll one morning in Subiaco when Justine spotted this dress in the shop window. Justine popped in and asked to try it on- we told Corey to keep walking on so he didn’t see anything 😅After 10 minutes Justine said yes to the dress. Sometimes a dress chooses you.. ✨

“After meeting through work and not taking Justine’s boss’ advice to Corey to ‘Stay away from her!’, Justine and Corey’s love story began! Chaperones by their beloved greyhound Windsor, a walk around one of their favourite lakes on a picturesque evening marked the location where Corey presented a beautiful ring. The date of the proposal to the wedding itself was just a short 5 months, which Justine attributes in part to a stress free planning process! The couple said ‘I do’ at Tranby House on the historic peninsula farm overlooking the river infront of 100 of their loved ones. Justine looked ethereal in a white dress by its bohemian whimsical style suited the weddings relaxed atmosphere. The couple ended the night on Lake Monger Bowls club lawn partying with their loved ones.”

Having met on a dating app while not looking for anything serious, falling in love came as a wonderful surprise for Darielle and Lance. About four years after meeting, Lance proposed to Darielle by a gorgeous Broome sunset – to which Darielle said yes. “I don’t really like wedding dresses, they all just look the same to me. But that wasn’t the case with Zolotas Bridal. Viewing the dresses I was stunned by how original and unique their work is. Every dress is like a different work of art and I started to worry that I wasn’t going to be able to choose one! But as soon as I entered I saw my dress hanging sideways on a rail and at that moment I knew that that was the one. Wearing it just felt different, and I ended up choosing the first dress that I put on haha.

I went in with zero idea what I wanted except that I didn't want to look like a typical bride and wanted something unique which at 28 weeks pregnant and wanting a dress for when I was not pregnant was a huge ask but Sophie made it work!
