Handmade pork & prawn wontons, every single one folded by hand. We've done it this way since day one.

They disappear faster than anything else we serve. Guests always ask what's in them. The answer is: we're not telling.

Want these at your wedding? DM "wontons" and we'll put together a canape package. Booking 2027 weddings now, a handful of Saturdays left.

Coles Fulfilment Centre runs 24 hours. So did we.

Year two of catering their birthday — two services, lunch from 11am to 3pm and again 8pm to 1am, plus packed meals for the shift workers who couldn't make either window. Nobody missed out.

Pack-down at 1am. Long day. But when the whole team lines up, when they remember you from last year, when they're genuinely happy to see the truck — you feel it.
