“A lil bit fancy”.....as promised here are some pics from my 11 year olds high tea party. The kids had a ball and made the effort worth while. It’s actually pretty fun doing things on a budget if you get a bit creative like the tea cups are placed on table mats that are colourful recycled A4 paper I had lying around. The credit for photography goes to Bajwa who did a stellar job capturing the special moments. I think I had so much fun organising this. Hope you can get some inspiration and can get creative too...

A cake for my sweet 11 year old Keira... She had a high tea themed party this weekend and so got to work to make this aqua coloured tea pot cake for her. Everything is edible and the birthday girl almost missed it for the real thing. Will share some pictures of her party soon too.

What a proud moment when you get such a lovely message from the bride. This cake which is simple yet oozing with so much elegance was made for a wedding today. A very adorable girl turned 1 today and I was so excited creating this gorgeous cake for her. The cake features all hand made fondant toppers and is my most requested flavour combination red velvet with dark chocolate ganache. This is the 3rd cake I have done for this very happy repeat customer. When they saw it they were speechless and said that they would not want to cut it. Absolutely made my day. Gosh I am becoming a cake nerd.

A pretty in pink cake for a lovely lady who celebrated her 60th birthday surrounded by her loving family and friends. The cake features fresh florals and a gold drip. Such a sweet little cake!!!Hope you had an awesome celebration Glenda.

I was so honoured to recreate on of my previous cakes this weekend. This navy blue and coral beauty was for a 50th Birthday celebration. Made this pretty cake for a 21st Birthday celebration today. I love how it turned out. The peach colour pallet is so elegant. The cake inside was vanilla flavour with Nutella buttercream and tosted hazelnuts for the birthday girl who loves Nutella. The outside is white chocolate ganache with a royal icing drip. So my big little girl turned 10 a couple of weeks ago. Now even though she is still my little girl she has some big ideas!!! Here are some pictures of her cupcake decorating master class which was proudly sponsored by Bernies Creations lol. All the decorations were done by yours truly including the table setting and ballon garland.It was so much fun organising this party and doing this cupcake class with this very creative bunch of girls. Hope you enjoy the ideas as much as I enjoyed putting them together. The link below is where I got the cute custom aprons from.
