Paramoor Winery is a boutique winery nestled amongst native bushland high in the Macedon Ranges, only an hour from Melbourne. Once a working Clydesdale horse farm, the original heritage barn accommodates the cellar door and it’s in this rustic environment that the Paramoor wines are showcased. nd international standard. The region’s cool climate is ideal for the riesling, pinot gris and pinot noir grapes they have planted. The range of wines include riesling, pinot gris, pinot noir, rose, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and shiraz/cabernet sauvignon.

We're looking for a local casual RSA team member to join our Cellar Door and Events team.

From weddings and celebrations to wine tastings by the fire, no two days are the same at Paramoor. If you enjoy meeting people, working as part of a great team and being surrounded by vineyards, rolling hills and country charm, we'd love to hear from you.

Bookings are now open for The Barn Table at Paramoor: Winter Feast 2026.

Join us this August for a Spanish-inspired cellar door lunch celebrating shared food, estate wine and warm winter hospitality in the heart of the Macedon Ranges.

Curated by fed Catering, this relaxed afternoon will feature five shared tapas-style courses, live music, open fires and Paramoor wines.

Choose from two ticket options:

Cellar Door Lunch - Five-course Spanish-inspired shared lunch; or
Paired Wine Experience — Five-course shared lunch, sparkling wine on arrival and five matched 90ml Paramoor wine pours.

Guests will be able to purchase beverages separately throughout the afternoon, including wines, beer, cider and non-alcoholic options from the bar.

Return transport will also be available from Woodend and Kyneton train stations, so you can settle in and enjoy the afternoon.

There's something special about a crackling fire, a glass of wine and a quiet afternoon in the country.

Our Cellar Door is open this weekend from 11am – 5pm, with estate-grown wines, grazing boards and a warm welcome waiting for you in our rustic Clydesdale barn.

We are also proudly supporting Car Ram’s Variety Bash Fundraiser in the evening.

The last day of the long weekend invites a slower pace. We’re open today (Monday 6 April) from 11am–5pm as part of the Macedon Ranges Autumn Festival.

On your return to Melbourne, take a gentle detour off the freeway and extend the weekend just a little longer.

We’re open for the Macedon Ranges Autumn Festival!

Join us today (Easter Sunday) and Monday, 11am–5pm and experience Paramoor at its most beautiful.

Come and try our Autumn Tipple – Malbec 2024, proudly awarded Best Other Red Varietal at the Victorian Wine Awards.

Due to the current heatwave we will be closed on Friday. From both a risk perspective and general comfort we have decided to wait until next Friday 16th for the first in a series it summertime evening drinks.

Fingers crossed this one passes by with minimal damage. Please stay cool and of course stay safe.
