I didn’t become a party planner because I love pretty tables and colour palettes.

I became a party planner because I know how much work goes into creating a celebration that actually feels effortless.

And now, as a mum myself, I understand it on a whole different level.

POV: You’re a mum in her 30s getting ready for a girls night out… but nobody has time for a hangover 😮‍💨

These days I approach a night out like an athlete preparing for a marathon 😂

✨ Face mask on
✨ Bae Juice BEFORE popping the bubbles
✨ Hydralite + Panadol when we got back to the hotel
✨ Hydralite + Powerade first thing in the morning 🤌🏼

And honestly?
The recovery plan WORKED!!

The next day I still made it to kids sport, smashed out the meal prep, got all the washing done and survived the Sunday reset without feeling like I’d been hit by a bus 🫠👏 (I did still need a nap though! Haha).

…that’s exactly why I don’t just Google a list and call it a day. I’ve personally met with over 200 Canberra businesses, from venues and caterers to stylists and activity providers, to make sure their quality is up to scratch and that I know what kind of party they’re best suited for.

Because here’s the thing. The vibe that works for a boujee hens might be a total flop for a wild hens, and the business that’s amazing for a classy baby shower might not suit a rowdy corporate end-of-year bash.
