The Stay Tuned Canberra Japanese Motor Festival - The Crew.

A good event doesn't just materialise out of nowhere. It's the committed and passionate investment by a group of enthusiasts, often as a side project, to create Canberra's next big festival.

They include President Dave Pullen. He's been a part of the Canberra car scene since the mid 2000’s - actively involved in local motorsports and car clubs with his Toyota Supra and GT86 track car.

Vice-President James Overend, a founding committee member of Heritage Nissan Canberra Region. James’ passion for cars and strong connections within the enthusiast community help drive the vision behind the festival.

Media-Coordinator Justin Bush, Director of MazdACT (Mazda’s of the Australian Capital Territory). With strengths in event planning and multimedia, Justin is assisting with the festival's media campaign.

Committee Member Gretchen Smith. Gretchen has loved cars since she was young. She joined the Canberra car scene with her beloved Forester “Stitch” and has since enjoyed meeting new people through a range of different car groups.

Committee Member Anthony Oh. Anthony is an involved member of the ACT MR2 Club and ACT 86/BRZ Club, as well as track days and design graphics work though his brand AO Graphics.

Committee Member Kevin Ha. Kevin runs the StreetScene website and leads the ACT 86/BRZ Club. He also conducts the Canberra Car Expo car show, bringing local and interstate enthusiasts together.

Treasurer Stuart Poole. Stuart joined the ACT Mini Car Club in 1985 as a Mini-loving kid and remains active in the car community with Heritage Nissan Canberra Region and the Cooma Car Club.

Not pictured, but a pivotal part of the puzzle, is Secretary Michele Smith. Michele is a driving force in the local motorsport scene, seamlessly blending a passion for speed with exceptional leadership. Her dedication extends far beyond the track; following a project management role with the festival.

These talented humans will be working hard behind the scenes to deliver a great event, not soon forgotten.
