The original Canberra winter hot chocolate is back! 🤎

If you've spotted us at events around Canberra over the years, there's a good chance you've already tasted one of our famous hot chocolates or roasted a marshmallow (or two!) over the fire. We absolutely love seeing so many familiar faces return each winter.

For the rest of the school holidays, you'll find us at The National Arboretum Canberra, serving up rich, decadent hot chocolates and our famous marshmallow roasting sticks by the fire pits.

Come soak up the winter atmosphere, grab something delicious, and make some cosy holiday memories with us. We can't wait to see you! ❄️☕🔥

Copper Live was proud to return last year to lead event design, show design, and technical direction for the Lifeline Canberra Gala; an event that continues to grow in scale, meaning, and impact.

Lifeline Canberra is an organisation close to our hearts, and having the opportunity to contribute through our work is something we deeply value. The Gala plays a vital role in raising funds for critical crisis support and su***de prevention services, while also creating a space to come together, celebrate, and acknowledge the incredible work Lifeline does for our community.

Each year, the creative bar is raised, balancing purpose with spectacle. A huge thank you to Elite Event Technology, who returned in 2025 as a major sponsor. Their gear, support, and talent helped to make the impossible possible.

Looking ahead to this year, we’re excited to continue our involvement and support a cause that truly matters.

Christmas in the City is one of those projects that truly showcases what we do best: turning complex, challenging environments into vibrant, welcoming experiences for the community.
From installing a giant Christmas tree in the middle of a live city precinct, to safely rigging oversized baubles in trees, to creating colourful, inviting spaces that feel alive day and night- our team thrives on the jobs that require precision, creativity, and innovative thinking.
Seeing these installations come to life and watching people wander through, stop for photos, and enjoy the festive atmosphere reminds us why we love what we do.
