This is an invitation for all those companies that like to recognise and reward their staff and incentivise their executive teams with an abundance of luxury adventure and creative team building, well this would have to be one of the best destinations on the planet. Whistler was designed for this very purpose. And there is sooooo much to do, so many places to visit, so many enriching experiences and yes a great village for entertainment, dining, and shopping. And from experiencing the authentic welcoming ceremony of the cultural descendants of the land to submerging yourself into a deeply relaxing outdoor thermal Scandinave spa, or to team building in the mountains and escape rooms, or embarking on a twilight adventure through the superbly designed and immersive visual landscape of Vallea Lumina. Whistler definitely has something for everyone. My personal choice to stay would have to be The Fairmont hotel in Blackcomb it is absolutely beautiful and has an expansive array of in-house venues perfect for any size meetings, conferences and events, and the convention Centre is situated right in the heart of town. Third-party suppliers are abundant and you can just about create anything you can imagine. Creating a fully interactive and immersive experience with a theme that is fully loaded with an abundance of visual effects and audience participation. This event has something for everyone. “PINBALL” The venue, Sydney Town hall, 2000 guests. All entered through large pinball flippers, and walked into what seemed like a 3-D pinball machine. multiple themed areas were created, all with individual themes, and showcasing a variety of illuminated pinball machines, Each environment was individually styled as horror, jungle/ adventure, space/futuristic and rock music. Other feature items that stood out amongst the decorative landscape were large custom bars, live food stations and large screens with pinball animations projected onto them. Interactive photo areas and an abundance of super cool futuristic furniture filled the space along with 60 pinball machines. Intelligent lighting filled the room and the dance floor was definitely the place to be, especially when Havana Brown performed and took the event to a completely new level. A fantastic night was had by all.

Mini showroom launch event, working with luxury brands is so much fun, combining strong iconic British style elements together with eclectic rock, luxurious furniture and decor, sculpting flowers and fruit into artistic and dramatic displays, aged down with timeless moss as it flows amongst the crystal and Silver platters showcasing an array of delicious canapés, formal waiters and mixologist serve a variety of classic cocktails and French champagne along with a premium whiskey tasting station. all complimented and brought together by the smooth sounds of a groovy house DJ. Heading into the desert for an authentic Arabian dinner at a remote desert Fort.
The event moved like clockwork with 76 White four-wheel-drives collecting four passengers each and setting off into the sunset, first stop, sunset drinks amongst the sand dunes, with flowing champagne and delicious canapés, camel rides, photo areas, and a large costume tent where all of the guest changed into Arabian attire before heading down to the fort for an authentic Arabian experience with live entertainment shopping and dinner under a canopy of stars.
